Thomas comes to town

So we paid $20 each to ride a train a mile down the road, stop, and then go back. But the kids loved every minute of it. The funny thing was that this Thomas engine was just hitched to the back of the train. They took care to avoid showing the kids the "real" engine at the other end so they would think that Thomas was doing all the work.

Redneck go-cart

The engine on grandpa's go-cart doesn't work, but that's okay because his riding lawn mower works just fine! BTW, little Carl is a crazy driver. When I got in the go-cart with him, he said "wanna go over some bumps?" I had to keep grabbing the wheel to keep us from running into things on purpose!
